For hundreds of years, Shan snow tea trees have taken root sticking with the lives of the Tay, Dao, Mong ethnic. There are Shan snow tea gardens which are hundreds of years old. Ancient Shan tea is abundant in Ha Giang, Bac Kan, Dien Bien and Lao Cai, Vietnam. Those gardens are located in an area of more than 1200 meters high, deep in the forest, covered with clouds all year round. The difference in temperature between day and night is broad. The climatic conditions of the snow make Shan snow tea tree the first-class of the tea world. Shan snow tea usually grows naturally without chemicals or fertilizers, so it is considered an organic tea. The first-class tea ingredients have produced diverse products from traditional dried tea to beverages, confectionery, honey, etc.
Shan snow tea tree is several meters high. And the most beautiful image that inspires us in designing this project is a Mountain lady with colourful costumes on the high top of Shan snow tree tea, wearing headscarf flickers like camellia flowers.
